These images are of a photo session of a rental in the heart of Delray in Pineapple Grove just one block north of the bustling Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. It was even picked up for a reality show about house flipping after these shots were taken.
There is a mahogany elevator not pictured. Modern design is simply perfected here in my opinion, and when I entered the house, I instantly felt this happy feeling of
excitement and imagined to myself how cool it would be to live here. My absolutely favorite aspect of the design in the house is the onyx fireplace. I have a thing for
stone, and specifically onyx being my weakness. This particular slab has virtually no orange, is nearly all green and almost looks like a huge piece of jade. This rental
comes fully furnished with all upgrades. Makes me want to move again. Houses like this make me excited about real estate photography again.
Amazing layout, amazing kitchen, upgrades

Below are some images I took of a space in arguably one of the most modern locations in the heart of bustling, upper mid class West Palm Beach in the highly sought-after City Place Towers. The stately building pictured can be viewed from your master bedroom balcony. The feel and smell of the breeze flowing over the ocean and intercoastal reaches you on the 17th floor brings a real sense of being alive.
Above is your south easterly view from the spacious open floor-plan living room.
Here, I’ve showcased the gold building home to Scuttina Realty and others.
